DEALER/RETAIL PROGRAM

 1. DEALER LICENSE IS PURCHASED The dealer or retailer would buy a Dealer License to distribute abd sell bears . In addition to licensing dealers can opt to purchase a dealer kit with samples of bear line, both personalized and non personalized bears.We currently have approximately 20 different models with more on the way. This allows you to have the actual products in your possession so your customers see what they will be getting.

This eliminates trying to "visualize" what the customer will receive. At this time you will also receive blank order forms to help streamline the ordering process. The cost of the dealer license  is a one-time charge .

 2. CUSTOMER ORDERS A BEAR The dealer simply takes the customer's order utilizing the blank order forms provided with your dealer pack. At this point the customer pays for the bears ordered. Bears currently take approximately 4 weeks to get back to the dealer from the time the order is submitted to the Regional Dealer Representative. We suggest telling the customer a 4-6 weeks delivery time is required for personalizing a bear.

3. SUBMIT YOUR ORDER Simply  fax the order form or send an email to dealers@mypersonalizedbears.com,  send payment for the bears ordered, and your order will be processed. All bear orders submitted must be pre paid since this is a personalized order.
